You call, we come

Day or night. We'll ask for a photo if you can take one safely, and give you an arrival time.

Make it safe

Hanging limbs brought down under control, loads taken off fences and roofs, the area taped off.

Clear and record

Everything cut, chipped and stacked. We photograph the damage before and after and write a short report for your insurer.

Follow up

If the rest of the tree needs looking at, we'll tell you straight and quote for it separately.

Will my insurance cover it?+

Often, for damage to buildings, fences and vehicles. We give you dated photos and a short written report to send with the claim.

The tree is on the road, or on the neighbour's side.+

On the public road, call the council's highways line as well as us. On a neighbour's land the tree is their responsibility, but we're happy to speak to them.

There are power lines involved.+

Don't touch anything. Call 105, the national power-cut and electrical safety number, before you call us. We can't work near live lines until the network operator has made them safe.
